Lesbica uccide il figlio della sua amante...
Jandre
Botha, un bambino di soli 4 anni, è stato ucciso dall'amante
lesbica della madre per essersi rifiutato di chiamarla "babbo".
L'assassina, Engeline de Nysschen (33 anni), si è
ferocemente scagliata su Jandre per costringerlo a chiamarla
"babbo", e mentre la madre del bambino stava a guardare
la scena, Engeline l'ha massacrato di botte, uccidendolo.
Dall'autopsia è emerso che le ferite sul corpo del
piccolo Jandre comprendevano il cranio fracassato, le gambe,
la clavicola e le mani spezzate.
Sia la madre che l'amante lesbica sono state condannate per
omicidio. La madre, oltre a non aver alzato un dito per difendere
il figlio dall'attacco della propria amante, ha successivamente
mentito agli investigatori nel tentativo di "coprire"
l'amante.
Secondo uno studio sulle coppie gay condotto nel 2002 (McClennen,
Summers, Daley), si stima che le relazioni "violente"
fra le coppie lesbiche si attestino tra il 25 e il 50%. Altri
studi sulle coppie lesbiche hanno fornito simili percentuali.
Balsam e Szymanski (2005) hanno condotto un altro studio reclutando
persone fra i vari partecipanti degli eventi Gay Pride, e
hanno scoperto che in un campione di 272 lesbiche e donne
bisessuali, il 40% ha dichiarato di commettere violenza fisica
nei confronti della propria compagna, mentre il 44% ha affermato
di esser stata vittima di violenza fisica da parte della propria

Nella società Occidentale è da 30 anni in corso
una guerra, combattuta per lo più dalle lobby femministe,
per allontanare il padre dal nucleo familiare e ridurlo a
semplice "donatore di sperma", privando i figli
della figura paterna, e rimpiazzandola spesso con grottesche
caricature che di maschile/paterno non hanno assolutamente
niente. Questa guerra femminista finora ha avuto grande successo,
e questi sono i risultati.

de Nysschen, 33 anni, colpevole di infanticidioHanelie Botha,
31 anni, ed Engeline de Nysschen, 33, sono due lesbiche sudafricane:
unite in matrimonio gay, abitano insieme nella bella zona
di Vereeniging. Ora dovranno separarsi: in galera per infanticidio.
Come una vera coppia coniugale, Hanelie aveva voluto portare
nella sua nuova famiglia il figlio avuto dal suo precedente
matrimonio, Jandre, di quattro anni. Aveva persino affrontato
una lunga causa per farsi assegnare il bambino strappandolo
all’ex marito Jan Botha. Ora il piccolo Jandre è morto. Massacrato
in modo orribile dalla compagna («marito») di mamma-lesbica
Hanelie. Il motivo? Il bambino si rifiutava di chiamare
«papà» la compagna di mammà. A quattro anni, quando
non si è ancora politicamente corretti, né pronti ad accettare
situazioni contro natura ed evidenza (non si è ancora inseriti
nella civiltà occidentale) può essere un errore scusabile.
Ma Engeline voleva assolutamente essere chiamata papà.
Ed ha insistito.
Ha insistito al punto da coprire di botte il piccino, fratturargli
entrambe le gambe, le vertebre del collo, la pelvi, le mani
e il cranio con danno cerebrale.
«Il cadaverino aveva gli stessi traumi che se fosse caduto
da un secondo piano»; ha detto un perito in tribunale. Due
dipendenti negre delle lesbiche (bianche) che lavorano nel
loro negozio hanno testimoniato che proprio quello era il
motivo del massacro: mentre papà Engeline pestava la bambina,
continuava a gridarle: «devi chiamarmi papà!».
Entrambe le lavoranti hanno testimoniato che durante l’orrendo
pestaggio, la mamma naturale del piccino - che era presente
- non è intervenuta a difenderlo. Non ha mosso un dito.
E a quanto pare, non era la prima volta che il piccolo Jandre
subiva pestaggi. In seguito ha portato il bambino all’ospedale,
sostenendo la solita scusa delle madri infanticide: che era
scivolato nel bagno.
Il padre vero (maschio) del bambino è stato avvertito
solo il giorno della morte di Jandre, il 12 giugno 2003. Anche
a lui Hanelie ha telefonato con la scusa: Jandre è caduto
nel bagno ed è morto. Hanelie aveva vinto una lunga e difficile
causa per strappare all’ex-marito la custodia del piccolo:
voleva assolutamente portare il figlioletto nella sua nuova
«famiglia», dove avrebbe trovato un altro «papà». Persino
i genitori di lei hanno cercato di opporsi con tutte le forze
a che il piccolo fosse affidato alla figlia, anche pagando
all’ex marito (e genero) parte delle spese legali per opporsi
all’affidamento.
Ma i giudici e gli assistenti sociali hanno deciso per l’affidamento
alla madre, pur ben consci della nuova «famiglia» che costei
aveva costituito: è più «naturale» che il bambino stia con
la madre, anche se unita in una coppia contro natura. Succede
invariabilmente anche da noi: il pregiudizio giudiziario a
favore delle madri separate e divorziate è invincibile. I
giudici infatti sono adulti: quindi politicamente corretti,
quindi inseriti nei «valori» della civiltà occidentale.

SOUTH AFRICA -- Four-year-old Jandre
Botha disobeyed an order to call his mother's lesbian lover
"Daddy''.
So the lover, Engeline de Nysschen
(33), viciously assaulted Jandre while demanding that he must
call her "Daddy". Jandre died from his injuries, which
trauma expert Professor Mohammed Dada said were similar to
those of a person who had fallen from a double-storey building.
Yesterday Vereeniging Regional Court magistrate
Rita Willemse found De Nysschen and the mother, Hanelie Botha
(31) - who did nothing to protect her child - guilty of murder.
Jandre's father, Jan Botha, sat in court holding the hands
of his fiancée, Yolanda Deysel, and listened attentively to
Willemse, who, in her judgment, accepted evidence that among
the reasons that led to Jandre's brutal ordeal was his refusal
to call De Nysschen "Daddy". The court had heard evidence
from Lydia Nkomo and her daughter Aletta Lesiba, who worked
for the couple in their tuckshop, that De Nysschen had viciously
assaulted Jandre while demanding that he must call her "Daddy".
Both testified that while Jandre was assaulted, his mother
failed to intervene or protect him. Evidence showed he had
sustained horrific injuries, including a fractured skull and
brain damage, as well as broken legs, collarbone, hands and
pelvis. Delivering judgment, Willemse acknowledged there
was no substantial evidence linking Hanelie Botha to the assaults,
but said she was equally guilty of murder for failing in her
legal duty to protect her child against abuse and violation.
The court found she had lied to Dr Elna Gibson, one of
the medical doctors who treated Jandre, by saying the boy
got his injuries after he had slipped in the bath. The court
ruled that she had lied to protect De Nysschen. The doctors
who had examined Jandre dismissed the pair's version that
he had slipped in the bath. They said excessive force was
required to inflict the kind of fatal injuries sustained by
Jandre.
Convicting the two, Willemse dismissed their version and said
there was substantial medical evidence before her about the
nature of the injuries suffered by Jandre. "I accept the evidence
of the medical personnel who are experts in their fields.
There were substantial documents placed before me. Most of
them have medical experience which spans over a period of
15 years. "All of them have dismissed the version of the accused
and were unanimous that the deceased's injuries were inflicted
over a period of time. "It is unthinkable that the mother
of the child could not have known about these fatal injuries.
The deceased also had broken legs, and his mother should have
been aware of this." The magistrate criticised Botha for failing
to report Jandre's abuse at the hands of her lover to the
social workers monitoring Jandre's progress, after she had
gained custody of him during a lengthy court battle with her
ex-husband. She also failed to report the abuse to her ex-husband.
The boy's father became aware of Jandre's
abuse only on the day of his death, June 12 2003. De Nysschen
contacted him and said Jandre had fallen earlier in the day
and had died. Willemse criticised Botha's fitness to be
a mother, saying her parents later approached her ex-husband
and gave him financial help to fight for the custody of his
child. Rebuking Botha, Willemse said: "Hanelie was not
helpless. She was well aware of Engeline's violent outburst.
"She could have called the child's father for help but she
failed to do so. She did nothing to protect her own child."
The magistrate labelled Engeline a liar and a hopeless witness
who had contradicted herself in testimony. Botha and De Nysschen
were further convicted of assault with intent to do grievous
bodily harm and child neglect for failing to provide or seek
treatment for Jandre's limb fractures. The case was postponed
until June 26 for a pre-sentencing report.
